Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of WorldPray, a community prayer platform built and published by Logesta Labs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your use.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

WorldPray helps members discover scheduled prayer sessions, join them, receive reminders, participate in community discussion, and voluntarily confirm when they have prayed. Moderators may create, schedule, feature, edit, close, or archive official prayer requests.

Prayer schedules, reminders, availability, participation counts, and other features may change or occasionally be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on the service for time-critical, emergency, or safety-related communication.

WorldPray is a technology platform for community prayer. It is not a church, clergy member, spiritual authority, medical provider, therapist, crisis line, emergency service, news organization, or charitable aid provider. Content on the service is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

If you or someone else may be in danger, is experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or needs immediate help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional. Do not wait for a prayer session, comment, moderator, or notification.

You retain ownership of comments, replies, images, reports, and other content you submit. You grant Logesta Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where it has been shared with others, retained for legitimate safety or legal reasons, or incorporated into de-identified or aggregate information.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. Do not disclose another person's private, confidential, or sensitive information without permission. Community content reflects the views of its author, not Logesta Labs.

You may not use the service to:

We may review reports and remove, hide, restrict, or preserve content; lock discussions; limit features; or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, protect the community, comply with law, or operate the service. We are not obligated to publish or retain any prayer request or community content.

Moderators exercise judgment, and we cannot guarantee that every prayer request, comment, factual claim, or report is accurate or will be reviewed immediately. If you encounter content that may violate these terms, use the reporting tools in the app.

Joining a prayer is a voluntary expression of intent. Tapping “I Prayed” is a voluntary confirmation associated with a prayer occurrence. Counts and statistics are informational estimates based on activity recorded by the service; they are not independently verified and should not be treated as proof of a person's beliefs, conduct, or offline actions.

An absent confirmation does not mean that a member did not pray. Streaks, summaries, and other personal activity features are intended for encouragement, not competition or spiritual judgment.

If you enable push, email, or SMS reminders, you authorize us and our service providers to send the communications you select. You can change your preferences at any time. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, carrier, internet connection, timezone settings, or third-party services.

SMS messages require express opt-in. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out using the instructions included with the message.

Access to core prayer functionality is not conditioned on making a contribution. If optional contributions are offered, the price and payment terms shown at checkout will apply. App stores or payment processors may impose additional terms and handle refunds under their own policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including app stores, sign-in providers, communications providers, and payment processors. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

WorldPray, its software, design, branding, and other materials we provide are owned by Logesta Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose under these terms. No other rights are granted.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits needed to protect or operate the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldPray is provided “as is” and “as available.” Logesta Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, safety, or spiritual or practical outcome of any prayer request, community content, reminder, recommendation, or participation metric.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logesta Labs and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your local law may provide additional rights and remedies.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if necessary to protect the service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised terms with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. If you continue using the service after revised terms take effect, you accept them.
