These terms apply to your use of TimeGrid, a world clock app built and published by Logesta Labs. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The terms of the store you got the app from, the Apple App Store or Google Play, also apply.

TimeGrid shows the local time in the cities you choose, side by side on one timeline. It works without an account, and its core features work without an internet connection.

TimeGrid works out every time from the time zone rules on your device, which come from the IANA time zone database. Governments change time zones and daylight saving dates, sometimes with little notice, and your device may not have the latest rules until its software is updated.

Treat the times shown as a convenience. For anything where a mistake would be costly, such as flights, legal deadlines, medical appointments, or financial transactions, confirm the time with an official source.

Logesta Labs gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TimeGrid on devices you own or control, under these terms and the store's terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it. TimeGrid, its design, and its software belong to Logesta Labs.

We may update TimeGrid, change or remove features, or stop offering it at any time. Some updates download automatically when you open the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.

TimeGrid keeps your cities and settings on your device. The TimeGrid Privacy Policy explains what the app stores and what it sends over the internet.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeGrid is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the app will be free of errors or that every time it shows will be correct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logesta Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TimeGrid, including missed calls, meetings, or travel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

You can stop using TimeGrid at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your license to use the app ends.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using TimeGrid after a change, you accept the updated terms.
